Atlantic Warehouse Direct is an online-only retailer serving customers nationwide across the contiguous United States. We do not offer local showroom pickup or in-store pickup.

 

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

Shipping Methods: All items ship from our fulfillment partners via standard freight or parcel carriers appropriate to the product. Large items (furniture, mattresses) ship via LTL freight with curbside delivery unless otherwise noted.

 

Transit Times: Standard delivery typically takes 5–14 business days depending on your location and item size. Rural and remote addresses may require additional transit time.

 

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping promotions apply to eligible items as marked.

 

Damaged or Missing Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item arrives damaged or is missing, contact us within 48 hours at Optimize@avcpp.com so we can arrange a resolution with the carrier.
